1. The woods are viewed as a place of evil in a puritan village so the fact that John and Abigail are in the woods show that it has a somewhat evil setting because Abigail is kind of evil.

2. Abigail’s behavior at the beginning of the scene she feels that John has come to terms to become his wife, like when she says, ” aye, there is one. You are good.”

3. Elizabeth has been in jail for 36 days. It doesn’t surprise us because Abigail has done nothing to take back what she said about Elizabeth using the poppet as a voodoo doll.

4. We believe that Arthur Miller chose to cut this play from the play because he doesn’t want people to know the intent of Abigail in the future of the play.

5. Yes, because it tells us how much Abbie has lost her mind, and how John Procter is willing to do whatever it takes to save his wife.

Putting your money in worthwhile investments is good, but spending it all on one thing is bad

“Money” by Dana Gioia
Money, the long green,
cash, stash, rhino, jack
or just plain dough.
Chock it up, fork it over,
shell it out. Watch it
burn holes through pockets.
To be made of it! To have it
to burn! Greenbacks, double eagles,
megabucks and Ginnie Maes.
It greases the palm, feathers a nest,
holds heads above water,
makes both ends meet.
Money breeds money.
Gathering interest, compounding daily.
Always in circulation.
Money. You don’t know where it’s been,
but you put it where your mouth is.
And it talks.

You think you can do it without me? Ha! What a joke! You need me wether you like it or not. You need food don’t you? You need electricity don’t you? You need gas, heat, and water, don’t you!? You can’t have any of that stuff without my help. No matter how hard you try to avoid me, you can’t. It is impossible. When you were a child you were always after me, ” I want this, I want that!” unable to understand that every time you did that, you gave me more power. Now I own you. Now you will do everything for me! I have the power here, and it is impossible for you to take it back, you are my slave. If you want to survive, you have to listen to me now. Now go steal that for me, I want it.

“Envy is ignorance”; this is a relatable quote because people ignore or are ignorant about what they already have. What Emerson is saying is that you’re being selfish if you envoy something or someone. “Speak what you think now in hard words, and tomorrow speak what tomorrow thinks in hard words thoughout contradict everything you said today”; is is relatable because in order to set a challenge for yourself you need to set a goal for you today and speak or act harshly about it. Then then next day you do it all over again. “To be great is to be misunderstood”; This is true and relatable because every great person has been misunderstood if you think about it. People like Steven Hawking and Albert Einstein, they’ve all been misunderstood.

“Renew thyself completely each day, do it again and again and foreve again”; this is relatable because If you want a simple life you have to renew yourself each day. This way as Emerson says causes reinvigoration each day. “To be awake is to be alive”; this is relatable because it seems that most people that have their head on straight they seem to be the most “alive” people. And they all seem to be the brightest kinds of people. “It is far more glorious to carve and paint the medium through which we look”; What this means that it is more important to change what we see rather than change what we see. To be able to change yourself you must change how you see.

Our list of virtues is patience, honesty, respect & open-mindedness. To achieve patience you must wait for others, for honesty you need to be truthful to others, for respect you must treat others the way you would like to be treated and the last virtue is open-mindedness and to do that you need to say what’s on your mind to others and listen to what other people have to say without ignoring them.

I playlacrosse at CHHS. Last season we went 4-14 and we missed the playoffs by a number of games. We had lost 3 game sin overtime and lost another 4 by 3 or less goals. That wasbasically the story of our season, never being able to close out our games. ThIs year with a new coach I feel like we can have a much better season than last year and make it to the playoffs. I feel that this year my teammates will be able to never back down and to never give up. On the field I think it’s all about respect; respet for your teammates and the opposing team. It’s also about loyalty being able to go to practice everyday and to give it your all.

Three advantages of being in a digital classroom might be stuff like being able to learn things in a new way. Also being able to learn in a way that we are/may be comfortable with because most kids nowadays like working with computers and technology rather than books. Also some advantages may be likestaving money in the long run, such as saving money on paper and textbooks. Three things that might be personally challenging could be things like if someone doesn’t now how to work the technology. Another challenge could be if the network was down or the device isn’t working. Also another personal challenge could be is if someone gets frustrated at thecrevice because he doesn’t know how to use it or it isn’t working in general.
